形容詞的比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)的用法

一、形容詞比較級(jí)的用法

1、A+be動(dòng)詞+形容詞比較級(jí)+than+B

eg: I am taller than you.我比你高。

2、Which is +形容詞比較級(jí)，A or B ？A和B，哪一個(gè)更……？

eg: Which is bigger，red or yellow ? 哪一個(gè)更大，紅色的還是黃色的？

3、①“the+形容詞比較級(jí)，the+形容詞比較級(jí)” 越……，就越……

eg:the more，the better 越多，就越好

② “形容詞比較級(jí)+形容詞比較級(jí)” 越來越……

eg: bigger and bigger 越來越大 more and more 越來越多

二、形容詞最高級(jí)的用法

1、表示(某范圍內(nèi))第幾…的…，常用“the+序數(shù)詞+形容詞最高級(jí)+單數(shù)名詞”表示。

eg: The Yellow River is the second longest river in China.黃河是中國的第二長河。

2、“比較級(jí) + than + any other + 單數(shù)名詞 + 范圍”或者“比較級(jí) + than + the other + 復(fù)數(shù)名詞 + 范圍”， 結(jié)構(gòu)雖為比較級(jí)形式，但表示最高級(jí)的含義。

eg: Shanghai is bigger than any other city in China .

= Shanghai is bigger than the other cities in China . 上海比中國的任何一個(gè)城市都大。
